LOS ANGELES — The divorce of the high-profile couple Gerry Turner and Theresa Nist, known as the “Golden Bachelor” couple, after just three months of marriage has sent shockwaves through their dedicated fan base, Bachelor Nation.
In an exclusive interview with Juju Chang of ABC, the couple explained that they had engaged in deep conversations and thoroughly evaluated their circumstances, including their living arrangements. Ultimately, they arrived at a mutual decision to dissolve their marriage. Despite this difficult choice, they emphasized that their love for each other remained intact, a sentiment that was evident in their hand-holding during the Good Morning America interview.

Just last week, while attending a Hulu event on Disney+, Theresa provided an update on their married life to On The Red Carpet, saying, “It’s been wonderful! We are incredibly happy. We are spending time with our families, and we have just finished filming something together.”
That “something” happens to be an episode of “Celebrity Family Feud.” However, there is no confirmation yet as to when or if it will be aired.
As the news of their separation sinks in, Gerry and Theresa want to reassure everyone that their love remains strong. “I have no doubt in my mind. I still love her, and I support her every day,” Gerry expressed to Juju Chang.
Theresa also wants to encourage people not to lose hope because of their situation. “We cannot even begin to count how many people have told us that our love gave them hope. We want that to remain unchanged for everyone.”
