Arrest Warrant Issued for Bill’s Von Miller for Domestic Violence

Breaking News: Von Miller has a warrant out for his arrest for domestic violence case as he put hands on his pregnant Girlfriend. His long time girlfriend accused him of assaulting her at their home in Dallas Texas on Wednesday and a warrant has been issued for Von miller’s arrest.

The Beginning investigation found miller and his girlfriend got into a verbal argument and Miller assaulted and left the place before officers arrived. Victim was not taken to a hospital as she got minor injuries and treated at home, according to Police Spokesperson.

Von Miller was not listed in the Dallas County jail records as of 11:30 a.m. CT Thursday.

Von Miller, age 34 was under investigation in 2021 by police in Parker, Colorado, but no charges were filed, and the subject of the investigation and potential charges were not publicly shared.The NFL issued a statement as well: “We are aware of the matter and have been in contact with the club,” the league said. “We have no further comment at this time.”

An incident reportedly occurred on Wednesday, as detailed in a police affidavit. The document states that Miller allegedly placed his hands on a woman’s neck, pulled out a portion of her hair, and threw her onto a couch. The woman sustained minor injuries, including bruising on her neck, and received medical treatment, according to the police report.

The woman and Miller, together for seven years and sharing children, had an argument at their Dallas apartment on Wednesday, prompting a police call. According to the police report, Miller became visibly angry when the woman went into the office and slammed the door. He then instructed her to leave, and as she tried to retrieve her laptop and phone, he began pushing her. Throughout the incident, she repeatedly shouted, “Stop. I’m pregnant,” as detailed in the report.

Following a push, she fell into a chair, and Miller allegedly placed his hand on her neck for 3 to 5 seconds, according to the police. Subsequently, he threw her laptop on the floor, stomping on it. After pulling her hair and tossing her onto a couch, he placed both hands on her neck. She informed the police that she recorded part of the incident, and Miller left when she threatened to call the police.

She also shared with the police that she was six weeks pregnant, providing a photo of a positive pregnancy test and a text conversation with Miller about the baby’s due date and a doctor visit.

Miller was born in DeSoto, located south of Dallas. He excelled in football at Texas A&M, earning two-time first-team All-American honors. Notably, he holds the Broncos’ career record with 110 1/2 sacks.

Miller leads the NFL in sacks with 123 1/2, ranking 19th all-time. Drafted second overall by the Denver Broncos in 2011, he is a three-time All-Pro and an eight-time Pro Bowl selection. Known for his popularity, Miller has appeared in commercials for brands like Old Spice and Progressive.

Miller holds two Super Bowl rings, one from the 2015 season with the Broncos and another from 2021 with the Rams. He was traded to Los Angeles during the 2021 season and subsequently signed with Buffalo in the spring.

The star edge rusher is making his debut in the 2023 season after recovering from a torn ACL in late November. He got the green light to play after being cleared for practice this week. Miller participated in limited sessions from Wednesday to Friday, and now he’s ready to go for the Bills.

Von Miller, the Bills linebacker, voluntarily surrendered to authorities on an assault charge related to an incident in Dallas. Following his surrender, he was released on bond.
